Our local producers

Without our producers and suppliers, our restaurant would not exist—it's that simple! We are incredibly proud and grateful for all our collaborations and friends.

We purchase the vast majority of our raw ingredients directly from local producers – we currently work with around 60 local suppliers. The few products that are not available locally are sourced from other parts of Sweden, but as far as possible we are committed to our local approach.

We love Tornedalen and everything it has to offer. Our philosophy is that by working together with local suppliers and businesses, we can develop and strengthen Tornedalen. That's why we always choose to work as locally as possible – not only when it comes to food, but also other products and services.
